- Stick to a routine. When it’s dark and cold outside, it can be easy to let your workout routine slide. Scheduling an appointment with Ted for a specific day and time will help you stay committed to a routine, remain motivated and allow you to achieve the results, goals, and progress you desire!
- Get some sunlight. Get outside for a few minutes every day and soak up some Vitamin D. Even a few minutes of daylight can help boost your mood and energy levels.
- Don’t forget to warm up. Make sure to warm up your body before exercising in the cold. It will help to prevent injury and make your workout more enjoyable.
- Bundle up! Invest in a good jacket and other cold-weather gear for outdoor activities. Wear layers so you can adjust to the temperature.
- Take advantage of indoor activities. If it’s too cold to go outside, you can still stay active by going to a gym (call us!) or doing at-home exercises.
