Cold got you demotivated? Like a good coat, we’ve got you covered. Check out our winter fitness training tips below, then reach out anytime on Instagram or Facebook or call 201-650-9474 to start a comprehensive Fitness program in our private indoor gym!

  1. Stick to a routine. When it’s dark and cold outside, it can be easy to let your workout routine slide. Scheduling an appointment with Ted for a specific day and time will help you stay committed to a routine, remain motivated and allow you to achieve the results, goals, and progress you desire!
  2. Get some sunlight. Get outside for a few minutes every day and soak up some Vitamin D. Even a few minutes of daylight can help boost your mood and energy levels.
  3. Don’t forget to warm up. Make sure to warm up your body before exercising in the cold. It will help to prevent injury and make your workout more enjoyable.
  4. Bundle up! Invest in a good jacket and other cold-weather gear for outdoor activities. Wear layers so you can adjust to the temperature.
  5. Take advantage of indoor activities. If it’s too cold to go outside, you can still stay active by going to a gym (call us!) or doing at-home exercises.
